Made of tungsten, these are designed to resemble small bait such as sappa (shad) and hiiragi (ponyfish), and feature a forward center of gravity and lateral asymmetry. With an automatic reel, descent is rapid, and when struck, it changes direction and wobbles repeatedly, imitating a weakened small fish. The prowess of Ranmaru that Nobunaga recognized.
